What is Meditation?

It is a process or practice, mainly to transform the mind and fin peaceful with your inner self. To develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity and calmness.

Why do we need it?

Why meditation is powerful and extremely beneficial to anyone, who takes great effort into practicing it. With this ancient practice, being done daily. You will have the ability to control the mind, your life and find clarity within yourself. Not only to become calmer, but the peaceful being that is discovered is worth finding.

To often, we become agitated, annoyed, depressed, not satisfy, stressed and being anxious over little unimportant things. You can only express something genuinely, when you have experience or gone through the whole shebang.

Some of my days, were such I'm not happy with anything, getting irritated on small irrelevant things, being hyperactive at times and feeling overworked.
My meditation routine only began a few months ago, it has change me so much, that whenever I feel uneasy and fatigue, I know what needs to be done more.
It has to become a hobby, where we need to focus the mind and senses in one place, without letting anything distracts or disturbs you.

After engaging in meditation, the ambience and atmosphere within your mind set which you have created, is much calmer and relaxed.

Simple ways to start Meditation
  • Sit or lie comfortably
  • Control your breath by placing focus on your inhales and exhales
  • Close your eyes and sit in a position, bringing your mind to a place that makes you feel calm. Bring it back to that place, everything you find your mind wandering in different thoughts
Meditation has been practiced in many cultures over the world for thousand of years. Nearly every religion has a tradition of using meditation practices. Meditation is an approach to train the mind, similar to the way that fitness is an approach to train the body.
